By voting in the People’s Choice Award, you accept the following Terms and Conditions set out below (Terms).

The Promoters of the People’s Choice Award are World of WearableArt Limited (2nd Floor, Shed 6, Queens Wharf, Wellington, 6011, New Zealand).

People’s Choice Award

1. HOW TO ENTER

• All entries must be received via the online entry form at www.worldofwearableart.com/peoples-choice-award.
• To enter, refer to the 2026 WOW Show Programme, or downloadable pdf on the People’s Choice web page for the unique codes for each garment. Complete your personal details on the online form and enter the three-digit code that corresponds to your favourite garment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Voting in the People’s Choice Award is open to NZ residents only.
• Voting in the People’s Choice Award is only open to audience members who have attended the 2026 WOW Show during the period 16 September to 4 October.
• Employees of World of WearableArt Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to vote in the People’s Choice Award.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The People’s Choice Award voting period opens 9.30pm 16 September and closes at midnight, Monday 5 October 2026.
• All votes must be placed within the entry period. Any entries placed outside of this period will be void.
• One vote per person.
• To enter the People’s Choice Award, you must complete all mandatory fields of the online entry form.
• Proof of attending the 2026 WOW Show must be provided to redeem prize.

WINNER SELECTION

• People’s Choice Award winning garment
  • Votes will be tallied for each garment in the 2026 World of WearableArt Competition. The winning garment will be the garment that receives the most single unique votes from audience members.
  • The designer of the winning garment will receive a cash prize of $2,500.
• Audience member
  • One audience member will be randomly selected from the eligible entries who have voted for the winning People’s Choice Award garment on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at World of WearableArt Ltd, 2nd Floor, Shed 6, Queens Wharf, Wellington 6011, New Zealand and will be notified by email or phone that day.
  • The winning audience member will receive a cash prize of $2,500.
  • If the winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize by 3pm NZST, Thursday 8 October 2026 a second prize draw will be undertaken. In the event of a second prize draw, if the new winner drawn does not respond to their winner’s notification email within a reasonable time (determined by The Promoter), a third prize draw will be undertaken, and so on until the winner is finalised.
  • The audience winner must be able to provide proof of having attended the 2026 WOW Show to redeem the prize.
• By accepting the prize, the prize winner consents to The Promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes and consents to participate in any publicity arrangements (including interviews) reasonably required by The Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant who it considers to be ineligible or who tampers with the competition entry or draw process, or who fails to comply with these Terms.
• If when you entered the prize draw you chose to receive World of WearableArt’s eNewsletters you may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each newsletter.
