Win a WOW Weekend (Giveaway) is run by World of WearableArt Limited (WOW). By entering into the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter the Giveaway and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. WOW reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions, the Giveaway or the Prize at any time, without notice to you.

1. Promoter

The promoter is World of WearableArt Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN: 9429036827510) of Apartment 8, Shed 24, 143 Quay Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility: Win A WOW Weekend

You must be a New Zealand resident who is at least 18 years old. Directors and staff of WOW, its related bodies corporate and any agencies or companies associated with WOW or the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The Giveaway opens on Wednesday 27 May 2026, 7am (NZST) and closes on Thursday 4 June 2026, 11.59pm (NZST). (“Promotional Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period:

• Complete the online entry form;
• Provide a valid email address; and
• Opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.

Only one (1) entry permitted per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize Details

There will be one (1) winner for Win a WOW Weekend. The winning entry (Winner) will receive this prize package (Prize):

• Return economy flights for two (2) people to Wellington from any New Zealand domestic airport
• Two (2) Platinum tickets to the 2026 WOW Show: GLO! at 7.30pm on Saturday 26 September 2026
• Two (2) “Taste of WOW” Dining Experience tickets
• One-night accommodation for two (2) people at QT Wellington on Saturday 26 September
• Breakfast at QT Wellington, Sunday 27 September 2026
• Two (2) Antipodes skincare packs

Travel dates are fixed: Saturday 26 September 2026 to Sunday 27 September 2026.

The Prize is not redeemable for cash. World of WearableArt Ticket Terms apply.

7. Prize Conditions

Travel must be taken on the specified dates. No extensions or changes permitted.

Flights, accommodation, and event tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and event organisers.

The winner and their companion must travel together.

Any additional costs not expressly included (including but not limited to travel insurance, meal and spending money) are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7A. Travel and Airline Conditions

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to book the prize as described; however, all flights are subject to availability at the time of booking.

The Promoter does not guarantee the availability of specific airlines, flight times, seat classes, or routes.

The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, rescheduling, or disruption of flights or other travel arrangements caused by airlines or other third-party providers.

In the event of airline cancellations, schedule changes, or other travel disruptions beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to:

• modify the travel itinerary;
• substitute flights with alternative airlines or routes; or
• provide an alternative prize component of equal or similar value,

subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage suffered as a result of such changes.

8. Winner Notification

WOW will select each Winner from all eligible Entries at WOW’s discretion. The Winner/s will be notified via the email addresses used to enter each competition. It will be drawn on Friday 5  June 2026. WOW reserves the right to select another winner if an initial Winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification. WOW’s decision regarding Winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner Announcement

Once the winner has been contacted, World of WearableArt Ltd, Antipodes, QT Wellington and Wellington International Airport reserve the right to publicly name the winner by their first name, first initial of their surname and their city/town, within appropriate channels, to communicate the prizes have been claimed and to act as a congratulatory message to the Prize winners.  World of WearableArt Ltd may request the winners of the competition to provide a personal quote which will be published on appropriate WOW channels.

10. Other Expenses

‍Winner will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth in the Prize that are incurred by Winner or Guest, including, without limitation, all airport transfers, Hotel credit card hold incidentals, spending money, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, travel insurance, rental car and insurance, visas and other entry requirements for the entire trip, and any other incidentals.

11. Travel Plans

All travel plans for Winner and their Guest must be made at one (1) time through their WOW liaison. Once the Guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in World of WearableArt Ltd.'s sole and absolute discretion. The competition Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Prize winner resulting from their entry into the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). WOW’s liability to any entrant or Winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.

13. Privacy Act

WOW will collect and hold personal information such as name and email address in order to notify you if you win, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

The Promoter is not responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to conduct the promotion or deliver the prize due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, industrial disputes, airline disruptions, or failures of third-party suppliers (“Force Majeure Event”).

If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

15. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If the promotion is unable to run as planned (including due to a Force Majeure Event), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any required regulatory approval.

16. Facebook/Meta/Instagram/TikTok

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, or TikTok. Entrants release Facebook, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok from any liability associated with the Giveaway or the Prize.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
