The WOW Audio Guide is available at an early-bird price of $15* per person, it will be $20 per person at the show. In 2026, the guide will be available in all seats, but the commentary will focus on the action at the front of the stage. You access the guide on your mobile device with your own headphones. The WOW Audio Guide is an audio experience that brings garment details even closer at the WOW Show. For $15pp*, you can experience this informative guide scripted by WOW Head of Competition Sarah Nathan. The guide shares insight into the stories, construction and materials of the garments in the WOW Competition as they arrive front of stage. Synced with the music and action onstage in real time, this guide is accessed through your own mobile device and headphones. A guide must be purchased per person accessing.
Will it be in sync with the performance?
Yes. The prerecorded WOW Audio Guide is broadcast in real time.
Do I need to bring my own headphones?
Yes, please bring your own wired or bluetooth headphones to connect to your smart device.
What happens if I forget my headphones?
You will be sent a reminder to help prevent this! A limited number of headphones may be available for hire. Please note, refunds will not be available if you forget your headphones.
Does it use my mobile data?
No — you will connect to a local WiFi network provided by WOW. You do not need to use mobile data, but please ensure your device is well charged.
Is it accessible for those with hearing loss?
Due to the complex nature of our arena spectacle, the experience requires headphones to be used with smart hearing devices.
