The 2025 World of WearableArt Show: Rise takes place from 18 September to 5 October and we are on the lookout for three dynamic Merchandise Supervisors to help lead our front-of-house merchandise operations.

Our programme and merchandise stands are the very start of our guest experience. We want you to be the first point of contact for our wonderful audience, to help create a memorable and lasting customer experience that inspires awe and wonder!

WOW is a large-scale, internationally renowned theatrical production and those working in merchandise areas are an important part of our team. As a Merchandise Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable customer experiences and leading a team with energy, precision, and creativity. If that is you, WOW would love to have you join our team in 2025.

What You’ll Do:
  • Take ownership of a merchandise stand, managing volunteers and frontline operations during each performance.
  • Lead daily setup and pack down, ensuring everything from presentation to stock control runs smoothly.
  • Report to the Merchandise Manager with accurate sales tracking and stock management, helping us maximise both revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes, final counts, and oversee end-of-season pack down for storage and web sales.
We’re Looking for Leaders Who:
  • Bring strong management or supervisory experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, events, or customer service.
  • Are proactive, organised, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Know how to motivate and coordinate teams, especially volunteers.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Enjoy being on their feet and interacting with a wide variety of people.

Additional to your fee, you will receive 2 WOW show tickets; an exclusive cast and crew t-shirt; and you will be part of a unique theatrical experience and have some fun at the same time!

We will provide training in our sales procedures and support as appropriate.  This is a full-time position including evenings and weekends.
