Winter Pick-Me-Up Ticket Promotion

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
  2. A minimum of two tickets to any 2017 WOW® Awards Show must be purchased and the promotion code PICKMEUP must be used at the time of purchase to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
  3. Promotion commences 18 July 2017 and closes 11.59pm 8 August 2017. The draw will take place at 12.00 noon 9 August 2017 at World of WearableArt™’s principal place of business, 95 Quarantine Road, Annesbrook, Nelson 7011. Confirmation will be sent to the winner after this date using the email address provided when purchasing tickets.
  4. This prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
  5. The prize includes a refund equal to the value of two tickets purchased.
  6. Any additional expenses to that described above (including any travel to and from the show) is the responsibility of the prize winner.
  7. World of WearableArt™ Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  8. Employees and their immediate families of World of WearableArt™ Ltd and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  9. This competition is open to residents of New Zealand only.
  10. Once the winners have been contacted, World of WearableArt™ Ltd. reserves the right to publicly name the winners by their first name and first initial of their surname, within appropriate channels, to communicate the prizes have been claimed and to act as a congratulatory message to the prize winners.
  11. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotion and marketing activities as requested by World of WearableArt™ Ltd.
  12. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
