The WOW Ticketing Office is now at the WOW HUB outside the TSB Arena.
*Standby Seats are available to purchase at the WOW Ticketing Office, inside the TSB Arena one and a half hours before show time. Please note Standby Seats are Premium Tickets ($140 each). Subject to availability.
**The Awards Night performance will include the 2018 Awards Ceremony (approx. 30mins) immediately after the performance.
The 2018 World of WearableArt Awards Show will be approximately 2 hours long. There will be no intermission during the performance.
Tickets to WOW may not be purchased with the intention of being used as a prize within a promotion or used to enhance the demand of any goods or services.
The WOW HUB is located outside the TSB Arena and is your one stop shop for all things WOW!
Buy tickets, ask about the WOW Club card, and pick up your exclusive 2018 WOW merchandise all from the HUB. You can even see a display of garments from our historic collection up close before you head in to the show.
The WOW HUB is open daily from 11am – 4pm and one and a half hours before every show.
Make sure you come along to the show early to see the WOW HUB before you head into the venue, you never know what you may see…

The 2017 Souvenir Programme was a sell-out so be sure to pre-order and secure yours with your ticket booking, then collect upon arrival at the show. You will be asked during the booking process if you would like to add a WOW Souvenir Programme ($25) to your order.

We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, and plans may change leaving you unable to attend the Show, such as flight cancellations due to weather. Unfortunately we cannot offer a ticket transfer during the final weekend of WOW 2018 (Friday 12 – Sunday 14 October), due to a lack of available seating.
As per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable, however you are welcome to on-sell your show tickets at face value. If you do on-sell your tickets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of the change of name.
For all medical conditions that may affect where you are seated please include details in the special seating request box when booking online. There is wheelchair seating available and WOW will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
The show venue is:
Opening Night: Thursday 27 September 2018, 8pm
Awards Night: Friday 28 September 2018, 8pm
Final Night: Sunday 14 October 2018, 2pm
The performance is approximately 1hr 45mins.
The Awards Night show includes an awards ceremony which runs for an additional 30mins.
We suggest that you arrive at least 40mins prior to the show start time to explore what is on offer at the WOW Hub.
Anyone can purchase tickets during the preferential period. When you purchase a ticket between 01 Feb and 28 Feb 2018 a WOW Club fee applies. This fee is $25.00 for each set of up to six tickets, with a maximum charge of $100.00.
Up to six tickets: $25.00 fee
7 – 12 tickets: $50.00 fee
13 – 18 tickets: $75.00 fee
Over 18 tickets: $100.00 fee (maximum)

Once your ticket order has been processed we will courier or post (international bookings) your tickets to you. If your request is not available, WOW will contact you to discuss other options. If you have not received your tickets within 10 working days please contact: email@example.com
VIP Tables are confirmed within two working days of receiving your order. WOW will allocate specific tables and despatch tickets one month prior to show season.
Yes. International delivery will be made by standard post (at a $2.00 fee).
The following fees may apply:
Booking fee: $8.00
Transfer fee (to amend booking details): $15.00
Reprint fee (for lost tickets): $8.00
WOW Club fee (for bookings during the preferential period): $25.00 (per six tickets)

If you lose your ticket, contact WOW: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can replace lost tickets for a fee of $8.00 per booking.
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable for a $15.00 fee, subject to availability. You may transfer your tickets to another night up to three days prior to the show date. If you do not attend the show as stated on your ticket then no transfer or refunds will be made.

There is a carpark below the TSB Arena, charges apply. If travelling by taxi, we recommend Wellington Combined Taxis for your convenience and comfort.
