For all medical conditions that may affect where you are seated please include details in the ‘Seating Request’ box when booking online. There is limited wheelchair seating and WOW® will endeavour to accommodate your request.

What if I lose my ticket?
WOW® Ltd. can replace lost tickets for a fee of $8 per booking.
Preferential Sales Period: 1 March – 31 March 2017
Anyone can purchase a ticket over this time. When you purchase a ticket between 1 March and 31 March 2017 a preferential fee applies. A $25 Preferential fee for each booking up to six tickets. Additional $25 for each set of six tickets with a maximum charge of $100.00.
up to 6 tickets = $25 Preferential fee
7-12 tickets = $50 Preferential fee
12 – 18 tickets = $75 Preferential fee
19 tickets & over = $100 Preferential fee (maximum)

When will I get my tickets?
Once your ticket order has been processed we will courier your tickets to you. If your request is not available, WOW® will contact you to discuss other options. If you have not received your tickets within 10 working days please contact us. WOW® VIP tables are confirmed within two working days of receiving your order. WOW® will allocate specific tables and despatch tickets 1 month out from show period.

What happens if I have bought tickets but cannot attend the show?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable for a $15 transfer fee, subject to availability. You may transfer your tickets to another night up to a day prior to the show date. If you do not attend the show as stated on your ticket then no transfer or refunds will be made.
Will you send tickets overseas?
Yes, but please ensure your address details are 100% correct.

What parking facilities are available?
There is covered metered parking below the TSB Bank Arena. If travelling by Taxi, we recommend Wellington Combined Taxis for your convenience and comfort. With a fleet of 500+ taxis they are Wellington’s largest taxi company and committed to innovating, improving industry standards and delivering the best possible service.
What time should I arrive at the show venue?
We suggest that you arrive an hour before the show starts to enjoy the pre-show entertainment, merchandising and tasty pre-packaged food, wine and coffee on offer. The doors open 1½ hours before the show starts.

Are there any volunteer positions available for the 2017 show?
WOW® has a limited number of jobs for volunteers during the show in Wellington these are mostly for merchandise salespeople. If you are interested in being a volunteer email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I take photos, video footage or use my cell phone during the show?
The use of videos, cameras, tape recorders and cell phones is prohibited within the show venue. Please be considerate of all audience members and turn your cell phone off.
