- Orders are sent via NZ Post or NZ Courier. You can select your shipping option at the store checkout.
- The cost to send via NZ Post is $10 including GST. Please allow approximately 5 working days for handling and delivery of your items from the time you place your order online.
- The cost to send via NZ Courier is $15 including GST. Please allow approximately 3 working days for handling and delivery of your items from the time you place your order online.
International orders
- Unfortunately WOW is currently unable to fulfil international orders.
Christmas order deadlines
- The last date for orders to ensure your items are delivered before Christmas is Friday 10 December 2021. Any orders received after this date will be held and dispatched from WOW HQ in Nelson on 18 January 2022.
Returns & Refunds

- Should your goods arrive damaged we will exchange them, replace them or refund you the money by crediting your card.
