WOW® is operated by a small team of dedicated people who work year round towards the goal of creating the Montana World of WearableArt™ Awards Show. The team is based in Nelson but regularly travel to Wellington.

In addition to the management team there is a range of part-time contract staff who are vital to WOW®. These include administration support, ticketing staff, media liaison, corporate hosting, production management, wardrobe, choreography, art department and volunteers.
