Where is the 2007 Montana WOW Awards Show and what time does the Show start?

Show venue is the TSB Bank Arena, Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand. Refer to www.wellingtonconventioncentre.com for more information. All Shows start at 8:00pm except Sunday Nights which start at 5:00pm. The audience must be seated ½ an hour before each performance. The Show starts on time and latecomers are admitted at WOW®’s discretion. 
Please check your tickets for both date and start times.

What if I lose my ticket?

Booking on line stores your information and allows WOW® to replace lost tickets. There is a fee of $8 per booking for this service.

 

How do I pay if I don’t have a credit card?

You can mail us a cheque to the above postal address. Alternatively call the WOW® Ticket Office and they will give you the bank account number so you can pay via online banking or you go to your local Westpac branch.

 

When will I get my tickets?

Once your ticket request has been processed (and subject to availability) we will either mail or courier them to you (depending on what mailing option you have chosen) within 10 working days. If your request is not available WOW® will contact you to discuss other options. If you have not received your tickets within 15 days please contact us.

Will you send tickets overseas?

Yes, but please ensure your address details are 100% correct.

 

Is there a discount for students, senior citizens, children or groups?

Sorry, no discounts apply.

 

Does everyone buying tickets have to pay the $6 handling fee?

Yes, although you will find this fee is less than other ticket outlets and it applies per order not per ticket. This fee also covers the cost of bank transactions. Mailed tickets will be an additional $2 and couriered tickets will be $6 (within New Zealand).

 

Can you accommodate wheelchairs and other medical issues?

 Yes. There is limited wheelchair seating however all wheelchair bookings need to be made by e-mailing tickets@worldofwearableart.com or phoning WOW® on +64 3 547 0859 ext 2 or 0800 4 WOW SHOW. For all other medical conditions that may effect where you are seated (such as asthma, vertigo, poor eyesight) please advise WOW® ticketing staff in the comments box when booking your tickets. WOW® will endeavour to accommodate your requests.

 

What time should I arrive at the Show venue?

We suggest that you arrive an hour before the show starts. There is plenty happening before the Show including pre show entertainment, merchandising and tasty pre-packaged food, wine and coffee available for you to purchase. The doors open 1 ½ hours ahead of show time.

 

Can I take photos, video footage or use my cell phone during the Show?

The use of videos, cameras, tape recorders and cell phones is strictly prohibited within the Show venue. Should any of these devices be used in the Show venue our Front of House staff will confiscate them for the duration of the Show and delete any footage you may have taken. They will be returned to you after the Show. Mobile phones must be turned off within the Show venue.

 

What are the parking facilities?

There is covered parking below the TSB Bank Arena. There is a fee for this. As the venue is centrally located you can also walk from central accommodation or travel by taxi.
