WOW is operated by a small team of dedicated people who work year round towards the goal of creating the Montana World of WearableArt™ Awards Show. The team is based in Nelson but regularly travel to Wellington.

Suzie is a Director of the company and creator of the WOW concept. Suzie manages all creative aspects of WOW.
Heather Palmer, Company Director
Heather is a company Director and the main point of contact for designers. She also manages the awards process, backstage at the show and the historic garment collection.
Gabrielle Hervey, Chief Executive
Gabrielle is responsible for the overall management of the company to include strategic direction and fiscal performance.
Donna Ching, Marketing Manager
Donna oversees the marketing of World of WearableArt and Sponsorship partnerships.
Jackie Cook, Administration Manager
Jackie oversees the administration of WOW and ticket sales.
Heid Mathieson, Marketing Co-Ordinator/HR
Heidi implements WOW marketing initiatives and is a liaison point for sponsors.
In addition to the management team there is a range of part-time contract staff who are vital to WOW. These include administration support, ticketing staff, media liaison, corporate hosting, production management, wardrobe, choreography, art department and volunteer management.
