This website aims to keep you up-to-date with information regarding entering the 2008 WOW® Awards. A minimum of three newsletters are posted on this site each year so please refer back to this page.

This site provides you with all the tools you need to enter the Awards including the 2008 Sections; the prizes and benefits to designers; how to find the WOW Factor when designing your entry; and the Entry Requirements and Conditions of Entry.

‘Mainfreight Limited’ - New Zealand Designers’ Freight Sponsor Mainfreight Limited has for the fifth time made the incredible gesture of supporting designers entering the 2008 Awards by providing them with the opportunity to freight their garments to World of WearableArt in Nelson FREE from the cities of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

In addition Mainfreight have also offered a 20% discount off the standard freighting cost for entrants who live outside the cities of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. These entrants can send their garment from the closest Mainfreight depot (there are 28 around New Zealand) – check out www.mainfreight.co.nz for information on your closest depot.

Dates for delivery to depots are Monday 30 May until Friday 7 June.

Please note it is still the designer’s responsibility to securely package their garments as if the garment was being couriered separately.
